So it's been a while since I posted something, so I thought I would do some updates. The Jazz are freaking out of the playoffs (crappy officiating finished em off). So no I'm all about the Pistons winning it all. I hate the Spurs and Lakers, don't like Chris Paul on the Hornets, so I don't like the Hornets haha, and I don't think the Celtics deserve to win after sucking so much last year and then all of a sudden getting good because of 2 big trades. So yeah, go Pistons! I've always liked Rasheed Wallace, and Richard Hamilton is from one of the cities I served in on my mission, Coatesville. I just like the Pistons all-around. So that's what's going on in sports, other than me kicking trash in my 2 fantasy baseball leagues haha.

For my job, it has totally ruined any hope i had of having a social life this summer. 1:30pm-10:30pm just really ruins it for you. It's a good job/internship, I'm learning a lot, but I'm also started to get a little irratated with the guy I work with. I wrote a story on the state track meet and then then when I looked for it in the paper, the guy I'm interning with claimed it as his own after changing some wording in the first two paragraphs. Whatever, I don't want to work there after this summer anyways, I have bigger dreams, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports, any of those will do. For now I just have to survive the summer without killing myself (haha, I really wouldn't, but you know what I mean).

So that's what is happening in my life right about now, no life, yup, pretty much haha

I have a job/internship for the summer

Well I finally stopped being lazy and went in and got my internship, which is paid, so it's a job too i guess haha. I'm gonna be interning for The Daily Rocket-Miner, the largest newspaper in Western Wyoming. That's a lot bigger that The Scroll at BYU-Idaho that I was writing for.

I'm gonna be interning with the sports writer, which is what I want to be, and so far things are going good. I've been working for 3 days now, and after my 2nd day of work I had an article that I wrote and picture that I took in the Saturday edition of the paper. The article and photo were from a high school girls soccer game haha, not what I had in mind when I wanted to be a sports writer, but it was actually pretty fun.

So once the high schools are out and track and soccer are finished, it's gonna be a pretty laid-back summer, i'll mainly be covering the local American Legion baseball teams, most likely mainly the team in Green River.

So things are going good, hooray! haha
